Corporate Responsibility

Comverse maintains core principles, policies and practices in the area of corporate responsibility.
Our principles and policies guide our actions with our fellow employees, customers and vendors in the areas of governance and ethics, privacy, information security, quality, environment, health & safety.

Below is a listing of some of our Corporate Policies and Policy Statements relative to Corporate Responsibility:

    • Global Code of Conduct
      The Comverse Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets forth the legal and ethical standards applicable to all employees and directors of the Company.
    • European Union Code of Conduct
      The European Union version of the global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics incorporates certain data privacy provisions and other specific wording provisions relative to employee rights required by local laws and regulations, but the core messages and expectations are exactly the same.
    • Quality Policy
      Quality is an integral part of Comverse’s Values. We are committed to putting our customers' needs first and producing the best possible results, through innovation, collaboration, excellence and accountability.
    • Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Policy
      Comverse is committed to the prevention of illness and injury as well as to the protection of the environment. Through the implementation of effective environmental, health and safety (EHS) management systems, we foster a culture of environmental, health and safety responsibility among our employees, contracted employees working in our facilities, vendors, customers, and the public.
    • Human Rights and Labor Policy
      The purpose of this policy is to communicate the Company’s commitment to respect human rights and comply with all labor regulations as required under the applicable law of each relevant jurisdiction.
    • Comverse Anti-Corruption Policy
      The purpose of this policy is to set forth the Company’s commitment against corruption and to ensure all Comverse directors, officers and employees understand their individual responsibilities for compliance.
    • Security Policy
      The Corporate Security department is committed to safeguarding our employees, contractors, and visitors at Comverse facilities, offices, and sites worldwide, and to safeguarding equipment and information assets.
    • Information Security Policies
      Comverse maintains a current and relevant Information Security infrastructure designed to safeguard our confidential information and that of our customers and is ISO27001 certified.

      Comverse has specific policies addressing document classification and control, data protection and security, incident response and management, third party connection and access control, and acceptable use by employees and others.
